This website is operated by Glamour (Ready to Wear), trading as Glamour Pret ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Exchange Policy, govern your use of this website (www.glamourpret.com) and any purchase you make from us. By accessing or using any part of the site, or by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

1. Eligibility & Service Availability

We accept orders from customers in Pakistan and, where possible, the UK, the European Economic Area, the USA, and other countries. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a binding contract, and providing accurate information.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate applicable laws, to transmit viruses or malicious code, or to harass, discriminate against, or defame any person. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission. Breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access.

3. How a Contract Is Formed

After you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging receipt — this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is an offer to buy; a binding contract is only formed once we send a Dispatch Confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Delivery

Orders are fulfilled by the date given in your Dispatch Confirmation, or within 30 days if no date is specified, barring exceptional circumstances. Delivery times are courier estimates and may vary for reasons outside our control.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are as shown on the website and subject to change without notice; changes won't affect orders we've already accepted. Payment must be received in full and cleared before dispatch. If an item is mispriced, we may contact you or cancel the order at our discretion.

6. Promotions & Discount Codes

Only one promotion code may be used per order. Discount codes exclude Sale Category items unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, and cannot be used on Flash Sales (which apply only to the stated product).

7. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately, but can't guarantee your screen shows colors precisely. Descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

8. Your Account & Billing Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information for all purchases. We may limit or cancel orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers, or distributors, or that reuse duplicate account/payment/shipping details.

9. Returns & Exchanges

We offer free, easy exchanges within 7 days of delivery, including on sale and promotional items. See our Return and Exchange Policy for full details.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in our products, content, and this website belongs to us and may not be reproduced or exploited without written permission.

11. Third-Party Tools & Links

This site may link to or use third-party tools we don't control. We're not responsible for third-party content, accuracy, or practices; use of third-party links/tools is at your own risk.

12. Instagram Competitions & Giveaways

Open to entrants aged 12+ (excluding Glamour employees/affiliates); requires an Instagram account and following our page. Winners are chosen at random and notified by private message. Prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, with no cash alternative; winners must respond with full name, address, and phone number within 24 hours or forfeit the prize. We may remove any entry that breaches these Terms.

13. Customer Submissions

If you send us comments or suggestions, you agree we may use, edit, publish, or distribute them without obligation or compensation to you. You're responsible for ensuring your submissions don't infringe on others' rights or contain unlawful material.

15. Errors & Corrections

Our site may occasionally contain typographical errors relating to pricing, descriptions, or availability. We may correct these and cancel affected orders, even after submission, without prior notice.

16. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this site for unlawful purposes, to harass or discriminate, to transmit malicious code, to collect others' personal data, or to interfere with the Service's security.

17. Events Outside Our Control

We're not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, transport disruption, government action). Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such an event.

19. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return and Exchange Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us, superseding prior agreements.

23. Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by you or us. We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms.
